RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Falcate manufactures custom garments according to client-approved specifications. As products are made to order, change-of-mind returns or refunds are not accepted once materials have been purchased or production has commenced.

If an order has a manufacturing defect or materially differs from the approved specifications, please contact us promptly with photos and order details. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a repair, replacement, remake, credit or other suitable remedy.

Nothing in this policy excludes any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
