TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: 18 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Falcate website and our garment development, sampling and manufacturing services. By placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Orders & Manufacturing
All quotations are based on the specifications, quantities, materials and requirements provided by the client. Prices and timelines may change if these requirements change. Production begins after the required payment and order details are confirmed.
2. Samples & Approvals
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving samples, measurements, materials, colours, artwork and other specifications before production. Once approved, production may proceed accordingly. Changes after approval may result in additional costs or delays.
3. Materials & Production
Reasonable variations in colour, texture, measurements and finish may occur due to manufacturing processes or the nature of fabrics, leather and other materials. Such reasonable variations are not considered defects.
4. Payment & Cancellation
Payment terms will be stated on the relevant quotation or invoice. Custom orders may not be cancelled or refunded once materials have been purchased or production has commenced, except where required by applicable law.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Production and delivery dates are estimates unless otherwise agreed in writing. Falcate is not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, including courier, customs or supply-chain delays. Import duties and taxes are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
6. Defects & Claims
Any manufacturing issue should be reported promptly with supporting photos or information. Where Falcate accepts responsibility for a manufacturing defect, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, remake, credit or another agreed solution, subject to applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any designs, logos, trademarks or artwork supplied to Falcate. Client-owned intellectual property remains the property of the client.
